All-natural Cleaning Products Manufacturer Grows with Alibaba.com

When Nicole Fadden, Director of Marketing and Sales at Restore Naturals, a manufacturer of naturally derived cleaning products, needed to figure out how to give her products an international push, she decided to partner with Alibaba.com, which connected her with businesses from around the world looking to source all-natural cleaning products.

Now, Restore Naturals, a 30-year-old company based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, is growing globally. “Alibaba.com is able to connect us right away with buyers interested in our products who are in the buying mode,” Fadden shared.

In addition to responding to inquiries, Fadden uses Alibaba.com’s RFQ marketplace to find buyers proactively. “The RFQ marketplace is my favorite feature. We can spend our time and attention on providing the quote, making the pitch, and securing the sale. On top of that, we now have their contact information.”
